Terms & Conditions
Last updated: October 2026
Welcome to Toliving. These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through our online store and are designed to provide clear and transparent information about ordering, delivery, returns, cancellations and refunds.
Toliving is committed to providing high-quality home and garden products together with a reliable and enjoyable shopping experience.
1. Orders & Processing
Once your order has been successfully placed, we aim to process and dispatch your items within 1–2 business days.
You will receive an order confirmation by email after your purchase. Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide you with delivery information where applicable.
All delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, severe weather or other unforeseen events.
2. Delivery
We currently offer delivery across the United Kingdom.
Our estimated delivery times are:
Standard Delivery: approximately 3–5 business days after dispatch.
Express Delivery: approximately 1–2 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise at the time of purchase.
We will make reasonable efforts to ensure that your order is delivered within the estimated timeframe. If there is an unexpected delay, we will endeavour to keep you informed.
3. Your Right to Cancel
If you purchase goods from Toliving online as a consumer, you generally have the legal right to cancel your order without giving a reason.
For most goods, you have 14 days from the day after you receive your order to notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase.
To exercise your right to cancel, please contact us at:
Email: tolivingsuport@gmail.com
Please include your order number and clearly state that you wish to cancel your order.
You may also use your own written cancellation statement. You do not have to use a specific form.
4. Returning Your Order
After notifying us that you wish to cancel, you should return the goods to us without undue delay and normally within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation.
Unless the goods are faulty, damaged or otherwise do not conform to the contract, the cost of returning unwanted goods may be the responsibility of the customer.
Returned goods should be handled with reasonable care. Where permitted by law, Toliving may take account of any reduction in the value of goods resulting from handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
5. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take great care to ensure that your order arrives in good condition.
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, defective or is not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at:
Please provide your order number and, where possible, photographs showing the issue. This helps us assess the problem and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Where goods do not conform to the contract, your statutory rights under UK consumer law apply. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.
Where a repair or replacement is appropriate, we will deal with the matter within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience to you, in accordance with applicable consumer law.
We may ask you to return a faulty or incorrect item where this is reasonably necessary. Where applicable, we will cover reasonable costs associated with dealing with faulty or incorrect goods.
6. Refunds
When you validly cancel an order, Toliving will process your refund in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.
Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed with you.
For cancelled orders, the timing of the refund may depend on when the returned goods are received by us or when you provide appropriate evidence that the goods have been sent back, as applicable under UK law.
Please note that once we have processed your refund, your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
7. Exceptions to the Right to Cancel
Certain goods may be excluded from the statutory cancellation right under UK law, depending on their nature and circumstances. Where an exception applies, we will provide the relevant information before or at the time of purchase.
Your statutory rights in relation to faulty, defective or incorrectly supplied goods are not affected by any applicable cancellation exception.

These Terms & Conditions should be read together with your statutory rights as a consumer, including rights arising under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, where applicable.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be inconsistent with a mandatory legal right, that legal right will prevail.
